Martha Strayer (d. 1968) was a woman journalist during the twentieth century. A native of Steubenville, Ohio, Strayer started her journalism career as a society editor for a Steubenville newspaper. From 1921 to 1961, she served as a reporter for the "Washington (D.C.) Daily News", mainly covering municipal news.
